As a surgical resident (who works 80+ hours a week and doesn’t even live in Miami anymore), hiring a wedding planner was a no-brainer. What I really wanted was someone who could coordinate all the details, present me with options so I could simply say yes or no, and keep me accountable for things like keeping to my budget, selecting vendors, making decisions, and paying everyone on time. Summer did exactly that—and so much more.

One of the things that really stood out to me was how incredibly loved and respected Summer is within the Miami wedding vendor community. Literally everyone we worked with—from our venue, DJ, caterer, and officiant to our photographer and videographer—said some version of, “OMG, I LOVE SUMMER!” And after working with her, I completely understand why.

Her expertise is unmatched. She helped me understand what was realistic, figured out how to make the “unrealistic” things happen anyway, and talked me through every bout of decision paralysis and analysis paralysis along the way. I genuinely could not have navigated this entire process without her.

And then came the wedding day. It went off without a hitch. Seriously. Anytime I was even SLIGHTLY inconvenienced, Summer was already there fixing it before I could blink. I was able to actually enjoy my wedding because I knew she had everything handled.

Nearly six months later, people are STILL talking about our wedding and how incredible it was. I truly cannot emphasize this enough: Summer is worth every single cent. If you’re anything like me—busy, overwhelmed, and with approximately zero free time to breathe—you want someone who is organized, reliable, incredibly connected, and capable of running an entire wedding in the background without you having to worry about a single thing.
