MONTH OF COORDINATION
You need someone to run the show the day of your event!
Month of Coordination (also known as 'Day of Coordination') starts 30 days before your event date. This means you've handled your venue selection, theme & design, and vendor hires. This option is best for you if you just need help with last minute details like finalizing the timeline, floor plan, & running the show the day of the event. Our team will be there on event day to ensure everything runs smoothly. We'll make sure scheduling and execution goes as planned. If your event is a wedding, pricing includes ceremony rehearsal ceremony run through. Tasks include but are not limited to:

Unlimited communication starting 30 days prior to your event

Timeline and floor plan finalization (including vendor set up & breakdown)

Point of contact the last 30 days before your event and on event day

Manage vendor & décor setup

Coordinate entertainment and all announcements

Place light decor such as table numbers, place cards, favors, dinner menus, picture frames, welcome sign, seating chart, etc
